Boots Creative designs are completely original and contemporary in design, and let your images take pride of place to tell the bride and groom’s wedding story. Our designs are as unique as your photography – meaning we do not use templates as we believe templates impose limitations on our creativity.
Boots Creative will design contemporary layouts using your photographs according to your preferred album manufacturer’s specifications or we can also arrange printing and/or album manufacture on your behalf.
We may use single or multiple images per side or page spread to best showcase your photography with the intention of helping you increase your possible upselling of additional sides.
- Layout Design Only | $8.00 per side
Provide us with print-ready edited images, and only the images that are to appear in the album design. No photo retouching or editing is performed. Minimum of 20 sides per album design – minimum spend $160.
- Layout Design with Retouching | $10.00 per side
Provide us with RAW or .jpg files that have had either no editing or minimal editing done by you, and only the images that are to appear in the album. We will perform advanced retouching which includes correct correction, exposure correction, density, colour enhancement, sharpening, removal of spots/blemishes, skin softening, teeth/eyes whitening, including colour treatments such as b&w and sepia conversions wehre we feel appropriate through the design. Minimum of 20 sides per album design – minimum spend $200.
- Design + Print + Delivery Service | $10 per side for design + prints & album from our preferred suppliers at cost plus 10% project management fee
This is our ‘make life simple’ service, meaning you simply hand over your images and we will design, re-touch, print, manufacture the wedding album and provide you with a finished product, so you can spend more time photographing, working on your business and marketing strategies to bring in more customers.
- Album Cover Design | FREE
We will edit the cover image including personalisation text at no additional charge with either of the above design services.
- Image Culling Fee | $0.20 per image culled
Simply supply us with all of the images from the entire shoot and we will cull any images regarded as out of focus, people blinking, unfavourable composition, undesirable facial expressions, etc, leaving behind the best images for use in the album design
- Revisions to Album Layout | $60 per hour, after first hour billed in 30 minute increments
- Downsize artwork for replica Parent Album | $25 per album
- Disk of Edited Images | $50 per album
supplying images
We accept images supplied either on CD, DVD or USB. Please send the media along with which service you require and any other instructions to Boots Creative, PO Box 2660, Fortitude Valley BC QLD 4006. Please send an email to info@bootscreative.com.au advising you are sending us an order, and we acknowledge receipt of the media by return email.
artwork proofing
We upload low resolution artwork of the design layouts for proofing to a password protected online gallery on our website. Alternative arrangements can be made upon request.
final artwork files
Final artwork is provided to the client as flattened high resolution .jpg files at 300dpi as either individual sides or page spreads depending upon your supplier – please advise when sending your disk whether you require artwork supplied as side files or page spread files. We upload the files {all files zipped into one file for easy downloading} to our FTP server for downloading {files remain on the server for 7 days from the date we advise you they are available}. If we need to re-upload the artwork this will incur an additional $50 fee. Alternative arrangements can be made upon request.
